I’m accepting little commission - A6 sized paper, simple watercolour illustration.

If you want a little picture of a bunny/whale/yourself or a christmas present for your best bud, I’ll draw anything you ask for. You tell me exactly what you want and I will draw it. Once it’s done, I’ll send you the original illustration in the mail. Depending on how complicated it is or how long it will take me, it’ll only cost between $30 - $100 AU (incl. postage.)

It comes in two version, so you can sit it on your desk or hang it on your wall. Each calendars are specially made, bound and assembled with lots of love, rubber bands and black/white strings.

Brushing away the little white speckles of Dandruff from last year’s show at No Vacancy, Eveline Tarunadjaja’s upcoming exhibition entitled “Threads” presents a new body of work based on the characters from a self written story. Toying with the nature of the human psyche, innocence and child’s play, Eveline’s characteristically delicate and detailed illustrations are woven together with strands of a dark yet mischievous style of storytelling.

Stumbled into this photographer, Irina Werning for her Back to the Future project.
I find it amazing that she got it down to the details, clothes and lighting of childhood photographs in the older photos..

I did a customised Diana camera for DIANA WORLD TOUR along with other amazing artists and designers, such as Beci Orpin, Mel Stringer, Gemma Jones, Cat Rabbit, Limedrop, and many more.

Hello.

I feel so honoured to be involved with this group show, "Fashion Illustration: Visual Poetry" at Gallery Hanahou in NYC.
Bil Donovan, one of the leading fashion illustrators curated it. I saw him talk at ICON6 mid-last year and it was really interesting.. made me want to do more fashion illustrations. :)

If you're in New York area or going to be around, please come and check it out.

On Saturday, January 22nd, Curator Bil Donovan will give a special presentation at the gallery: a live demonstration tutorial about observation and selectivity in drawing the fashion figure. Bil will draw from a live model while delivering a talk about the art and industry behind fashion illustration today.

Statement from the curator

Fashion Illustration is Unique. The ideas, practice and concepts that drive this genre of work are not easily defined. Fashion Illustration documents a window in time, presenting trends and fashion through a historical perspective. It revolves around a fascination with the figure, its form, gesture, movement and grace, filtered through the lens of fashion. Traditionally, stylization has been the guiding force behind this fascination, grounded in a foundation of figure drawing and anatomy, revealing the spirit and essence of the figure.

Today, the fascination with the figure and fashion continues, but is now played against a backdrop of new techniques, technologies, and concepts resulting in work that is graphic, dynamic and blurs the boundaries between high and low art. Themes such as abstraction, mythology, and fantasy, whether representational, expressive or minimal are projected through the personal vision of the artist.

It is an exciting period for Fashion Illustration as this genre of art continues to evolve with captivating images that nurture the imagination, grace the page and charm the viewer. In essence, Fashion Illustration is visual poetry.
